About Me
I’m an executive and team coach, Leadership Circle® practitioner and educational consultant. My work sits at the crossroads of leadership, learning and human development.
I help leaders, teams and educators rethink the way they work — especially when the old ways no longer feel right.
Think of me as a guide for trying things out, reflecting together and discovering what really helps people and organisations thrive. I bring together leadership coaching, systemic thinking and rehearsal-room practice — creating space to practise new ways of thinking, speaking and behaving, so that confidence, clarity and care become part of everyday life.
Whether I’m working with a leadership team, a CEO, a group of young people or one-to-one with a leader, the focus is always the same: to create the conditions for honest conversation, bold experimentation and human intelligence in action. I do this through my signature approach called The Space Between.
