Leadership Coaching

I work with leaders who want to lead with more confidence, integrity and impact.

Sessions are focused, honest and practical and, dare I say it, playful. We work on the real challenges you face, blending theory with real life.

Coaching supports clearer decision-making, leadership presence, difficult conversations and navigating change. It’s a protected “Space Between” where leaders can pause, reflect, rehearse and move forward with intention.

Available as a defined series of sessions or as an ongoing partnership.

Team & Systemic Coaching

Teams work best when purpose, relationships and ways of working are made visible, not assumed. They also work best when they care about each other and what they do.

I work with leadership and operational teams to surface what’s helping, what’s getting in the way and what needs to shift.

This is not team-building. It is structured, systemic work that creates a shared Space Between, strengthening trust, communication and accountability to one another and to the wider organisation.

Leadership Circle® Profiling

Leadership Circle® provides a clear, evidence-based view of how you lead — including your strengths, blind spots and the patterns that shape your impact.

The Leadership Circle® Profile is more than a leadership assessment, it is a fully integrative tool for individuals and teams that goes beyond labels or “developmental boxes.” It maps both your creative strengths and your reactive tendencies, showing not what’s “wrong,” but how you’re using your energy—what lifts you up, and what holds you back.

The profile is a way to see yourself and your patterns clearly, without judgement. It maps both your creative strengths and your reactive tendencies, showing not what’s “wrong,” but how your energy is being used: what lifts you up, and what holds you back.

For many leaders and leadership teams, it’s a breath of fresh air. Instead of feeling boxed in or labelled, you get insight into the choices and patterns that shape your impact. You can see where you step into agency — and where old habits or pressures quietly take over.

In the Space Between, the Profile becomes a tool for exploration. Together, we pause to notice patterns, play with new approaches, and proceed with more conscious, confident leadership. It’s not a one-off report — it’s the start of a journey.

The process includes:

  • Profile set-up

  • A full debrief

  • A development plan

  • A series of coaching sessions to support real, sustainable change

I’m also certified to work with leadership teams using the Collective Leadership Assessment, helping groups see their patterns, align strengths with purpose, and step into more conscious, effective ways of working together.

Coaching for Schools & Educators

I work with teachers, school leaders and training providers who want learning environments that truly serve young people — not just systems and results.

This work may include leadership coaching, rehearsal-room pedagogy, lesson study, drama-based learning, teacher development and whole-school projects.

At the heart of this work is the creation of a shared Space Between — where educators can pause, play with practice and proceed with renewed purpose.

The aim isn’t performance alone, but deeper engagement, stronger relationships, dare I say fun, and more meaningful learning.
